Activating your account is a two step process. Both steps are required to ensure you are able to access university resources.
Step 1: Activate your account.
Step 2: Configure Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to secure your account.
Note: Although the required 2 steps above may only take minutes to setup, the synchronization process between various systems may take up to 30 minutes to complete.
A Rocket ID Number (formatted as R########) was provided in your acceptance letter and will need to be entered below to activate your account.
- If you do not have your R# and are a student, please contact your academic advisor or the Office of Admissions at 419-530-8888 for assistance.
- If you do not have your R# and are an employee (faculty/staff/affiliate), please contact your HR or university representative for assistance.
